The Vallavista Collections (Taxi Wallets™, Alicia Klein™ briefcases and accessories, Solle Wine Carriers™)
are designed to provide years of trouble free use. Our guarantee covers defects in material and workmanship.
Natural wear is to be expected, and while we cannot cover inevitable aging, we will provide you
with efficient and gracious service for repairing and/or refurbishing your article whenever possible.
No-Questions-Asked Shopping Guarantee
We will accept returns for any new and unused item for any reason at no cost to you.
There are no return shipping costs. Call our customer service line at 800.735.2512 and
request return shipping directions. Only new and unused items with their original hangtags
will be accepted within 30 days from receipt of item.
Shipping and Delivery
U.S. Shipping and Handling Charges:
The shipping and handling charge depends on the total weight of your order and the distance it is being shipped from our warehouse in California.
Changing Shipping Information After You Place an Order
We're sorry, shipping information cannot be changed once you submit your order. We process orders very quickly, and once
an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience,
and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing times work to your advantage.

Leather Care
The Vallavista collections use premiere leathers that require very little care. Simply wipe
the exterior with a lightly damp soft cloth to remove surface soil.
A little trick of the trade: some surface soil can be erased with a soft, art gum eraser.
Deep scratches and corner wear can be touched up with matching liquid wax. Use a light touch.
Repair and Refurbishment
Vallavista Corporation provides refurbishing services for normal wear. Refurbishment service includes cleaning and treatment of leather, dye/color touch up, polishing of hardware, re-stitching of lining or straps, and replacement of functional hardware (feet, zipper pulls, etc.) at no extra charge.
There will be a $12.00 - $20.00 shipping and handling fee per item, depending on the size and weight of the item. Merchandise must be shipped to Vallavista Corporation via an insured delivery provider (i.e., Insured US Mail, UPS or Federal Express).
Additional refurbishment services beyond the above listed are subject to review by repair personnel and will incur additional charges and additional processing time. We will contact you for approval prior to processing.
Not covered by the Guarantee or Refurbishment service is severe damage including: cuts/tears in the leather, lining or fabric; accidental damage; permanent ink marks and food or beverage stains. Repairs of this nature will be performed at the discretion of the refurbishing company and cost will be determined upon review of the damage. Most of the time, there is nothing that we can do to fix damage of this nature. You will be contacted prior to the return of your merchandise. There will be no replacement of merchandise determined to have severe damage as described above.
Processing time for standard repairs and refurbishment is approximately three weeks, not including shipping time.
All repairs require a Return Authorization ("R.A.") number, which will be provided by an Vallavista Corporation Customer Service representative. We cannot accept merchandise without an authorization.
